I'm Brittany — a mom who gets it.
I'm not a productivity guru or a wellness influencer with a perfect morning routine. I'm a real mom who hit a wall — and found a way through it using tiny, science-backed habits.
Now I help other moms do the same. No perfection required. Just small, intentional shifts that create real, lasting calm.

My story
There was a season when I dreaded mornings. The alarm would go off and the overwhelm would hit before my feet touched the floor. Kids needed things. The house needed things. Everyone needed something from me — and I had nothing left to give.
I tried the big changes. The 5am club. The color-coded planners. The "self-care Sunday" routines that lasted exactly one Sunday. None of it stuck because none of it was built for a real mom's actual life.
"None of it stuck because none of it was built for a real mom's actual life."
Then I discovered something that changed everything: tiny habits. Instead of overhauling my life, I made one small shift. Then another. And another. No willpower needed. No guilt when I missed a day. Just quiet, steady progress toward feeling like myself again.
That's what Less Stressed Mom is about. Not perfection. Not hustling harder. Just meeting yourself where you are and building from there — one tiny habit at a time.
What I believe
Small beats big, every time
One two-minute habit that sticks is worth more than a two-hour routine that doesn't.
Progress, not perfection
Bad days aren't failures — they're part of the process.
You are not the problem
Feeling overwhelmed doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. The right tools make a real difference.
Moms deserve support, too
Having someone in your corner matters more than you think.
